Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using SafeTF ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Extension.

Description of Service

SafeTF is an Azure DevOps extension that visualizes Terraform plan output to help teams review infrastructure changes more effectively. The Extension processes Terraform plan data within your Azure DevOps environment.

License and Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SafeTF in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Extension
• Use the Extension for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Extension

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Azure DevOps environment
• Ensuring compliance with your organization's policies
• Reviewing Terraform changes before applying them to your infrastructure
• Any actions taken based on the information displayed by the Extension

Disclaimer of Warranties

SafeTF is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. The Extension is a visualization tool and should not replace proper review processes and due diligence.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SafeTF and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, infrastructure incidents, or business interruption arising from your use of the Extension.

Intellectual Property

SafeTF, including its design, features, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Extension at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or us.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
